customers informed a problem:
After create a user in Azure Active Directory or via office portal, added Dynamics 365 CE license to user.
Cannot show the user on the Dynamics environment
Cause:
org has a security group
Solution:
Add user to the group or remove the security group on the dynamics portal ( https://port.crm2.dynamics.com/)
